During the 30-minute Discovery Call, we will share more about Ardent and ensure we are a good fit for your enterprise.  

Once we register you, we will build your profile and determine who would be the perfect match for you! We not only have a pool of Mentors ready to go, but we will also search through our network if we need to get you a Mentor outside of our Ardent Database.

Once a Mentor is selected, we will send you their profile and let you determine if you’d like to set up a Complimentary Intro Session. If approved, we will set up a calendar invite with a video link for both of you to meet at an agreed-upon time. At this point, we will also send you “Best Practices” when meeting with the mentor, agenda and question suggestions, and the Ardent Roadmap, which will guide you and help you capture the gold from your mentoring. 

The first intro session is used to establish a connection, go over the biggest challenges you’re having and start the initial steps to help you in those challenges. Our team will reach out to you after the meeting and if it is something you would like to continue, we will go over pricing and set you up for your first official session with your Mentor.
