Lloyd Reeb

​​Lloyd Reeb is a social entrepreneur, author, and founder of the Halftime Institute, 100x Forum, and Ardent Mentoring. He helps high-capacity leaders move from success to significance, multiplying their impact through mentoring, redemptive ventures, and purpose-driven communities. His motto: “My fruit grows on other people’s trees.”

 

He is the author of From Success to Significance: When the Pursuit of Success Isn’t Enough; The Second Half: Real stories, Real adventures, Real significance; and along with his wife Linda, wrote the latest book in the Halftime series titled Halftime for Couples.

Lloyd and Linda enjoy living near Charlotte, North Carolina.  They have three adult children, all married, and three precious grandchildren.

Ryan King
CEO & Co-Founder

Ryan King currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO at Ardent Mentoring. In addition to Ardent, Ryan serves as a Director of Philanthropy and Edification at Edify, an organization dedicated to improving and expanding Christ-centered education globally. Prior to joining Ardent & Edify, Ryan worked in educational development for Nexus Systems and was a Pastor at Inland Hills Community Church. 

 

Ryan received a B.S. in Marketing from West Chester University in Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Theological Studies from the Seminary at Eastern University. Ryan has a passion for seeing lives, communities, and nations transformed by the love of Christ and a desire to be hands-on with people making a difference.

 

Ryan married his wonderful wife, Lauren, a cardiac nurse, in 2007 and they have two amazing kids, Brooks (11) and Georgia (8). They currently reside in San Diego and previously lived in the Philadelphia area for 30 years. During their free time, they enjoy any activity at the beach, trying new restaurants, traveling, playing competitive lacrosse, and spending time with friends.

Steve Soars
COO & Co-Founder

Steve Soars currently serves as Co-Founder and COO at Ardent Mentoring.   Prior to Ardent, Steve served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Edify, an organization that works with Social Entrepreneurs worldwide who are focused on private Christian education in underserved communities.  Before Edify, Steve served with Iris Global, an international NGO focusing on serving the people of Mozambique.  While with Iris, Steve lived in Mozambique and launched a vocational training school, a local cafe, the purchase of a local farm to support their orphanage, and led a mentoring program for local entrepreneurs.

 

Steve received his M.A. in International Development from Eastern University.  He lives in Washington D.C. with his wife, Tezz and daughter, Sophie (1).  When he is not serving the organization he can be found playing sand volleyball, climbing mountains, hanging out with Tezz and their friends, or making things with clay.

Logan Hope
Operations Manager

Logan serves as Ardent’s Operations Manager. Previously, she was the admissions and marketing director for a Christian, classical, college preparatory high school, where she managed admissions efforts, communications, and development. Before that she worked at Pushpay, a digital engagement platform for churches and nonprofits, as a marketing event coordinator, helping plan and execute their annual user conferences and other sales events.

 

Logan graduated from Whitworth University with a B.S. in Communication. Whitworth is also where she met her husband, Korey, who works as a counselor for at-risk youth while coaching high school soccer on the side. 

 

Outside of Ardent, Logan is usually chasing after their two kids: Crue (5) and Isla (2.5). A resident of Washington State, Logan finds peace in spending time outside, mostly in the form of gardening.

Kaylan Coke
Marketing Manager

Kaylan serves as Ardent's Marketing Manager. In addition to Ardent, she is the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications at Circuit Riders, a missional movement committed to reaching the next generation with the Gospel. Prior to joining Ardent and Circuit Riders, she worked in healthcare technology and consulting. Kaylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University, with minors in Science, Technology & International Affairs and African American Studies.

Outside of Ardent, Kaylan enjoys serving in her local church, going to the beach, and trying out new recipes with friends.

Chandler Jones

Operations Assistant

Chandler serves as Ardent’s Operations Assistant. She is also serving her family as a stay-at-home mother, homeschooling her three children, ages 5 and below. Prior to Ardent, Chandler worked as a high school science teacher.

She holds a B.A. in Chemistry and a minor in Theology, from Whitworth University, where she met her husband, Nathaniel. She later earned a M.A. in Teaching from Washington State University.

Residing in Washington state, Chandler enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her local church, stand-up paddleboarding, and spending time outside.
